Every one of us likes to sleep in those extra minutes, especially those of us who wake up before dawn. I am a late bird, but I'm not the greatest person. Actually, I'm best at 10 am until about noon. So if you want to see me at my finest hour, come around then. Here are some tips to being your lovely self before or after your prime hours.
1. Fake it- leave the sarcastic and rude comments to yourself (unless they're funny, then by all means express yourself!). If you don't feel like smiling, look at least approachable. Leave the grouch mood until you get home.
2. Sleep- nap when you can. Can we petition for naps for all schools and employers to allow an hour nap? It'll refresh your mind and your attitude.
3. Eat well- it's been proven that healthier foods with tons of vitamins and minerals improve a person's well being. Eat more protein, veggies, fruits, and drink more water.
