Mardi Gras is a pretty big deal where I'm from. The parades, food, music-it's all essential for the loud and proud holiday. However, I will not be around for the holiday. I will be falling on the slopes of Colorado. I would say ski, but since this will be my first time ever, we can just assume that I'll be falling all of the time. I seriously cannot wait to experience this adventure. I'm not a huge fan of parades (the whole large crowds screaming and jumping around while getting hit in the face with beads does not entice me), so this will be perfect. A get away from all of the stress while having bruises all over my body. I'll take many pictures for all of you. Have a great Thursday.
